SHIPPING POLICY

Our Covid-19 policy is to keep our customers from suffering as much as possible from increased costs for not only items but also from shipping those items.

We have learned the hard way this year that our items cannot be shipped or restocked for 2019 prices.  However, we pledge to keep our prices as low as we can in order to make sure that our customers can get what they need at less-than-gouging prices. We hope to be leaders in the market of returning things to a more normal shopping atmosphere.  If we can keep our costs lower, then others will be forced to as well.

So we promise that no matter what we pay for our items, we will not over-inflate our selling costs.  We do our best to make sure we can restock our inventory, and shop wisely/in bulk so we can get the lowest price for YOU.

 

Our shipping may also seem expensive, but we do not build shipping into our inventory costs.  We will tell you the cheapest shipping option with the least hassle.  Our policy is to ALWAYS fully insure, and we only use UPS and Fedex in order to minimize your waiting time.  If we find an overcharge for shipping an item, we pledge to return to you anything above a $5 difference.  This helps cover our handling and insurance costs without overpricing your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges in the original packaging, unused, with a 15% restocking fee.  We will even prepare the shipment order for you for printing, and you only have to drop off the package at your local Fedex or UPS.
